"You must be the change you wish to see in the world" is my maxim and I wish everyone a fit body, a calm mind and a house full of kindness. I've always been passionate about and closely associated with sports from my childhood. I took up soccer at the age of 5 and since then, I've played numerous competitive and recreational sports, been a part of my high school and collegiate track & field teams. Triathlon as an idea for sport struck me when I explored open water swimming and soon I registered at TRI Columbus and began competing in different forms of multisports. Being a triathlete is absolutely a delight and I desired to pass it on to my kid, friends and family, so I completed the USAT Level 1 Certification as a way of demonstrating my commitment to the sport, superior professionalism, upholding industry standards, and continued learning.
I've competed in various Sprint and Olympic distance TRIs, USAT Age Group Nationals, Open water swim races, MTB and Time Trial races and Half Marathons. My next goals are to race the full and half distance Ironmans and a marathon.
I started coaching to give back to the sport that has given me so much and to help other athletes achieve their goals and dreams. Every athlete has their own complex formula consisting of their own genetics, available training time and outside stress levels. That’s what I love about coaching; trying to unlock each athlete’s fullest potential with what’s available to them, keeping it simple. I'd like to share all the secrets and the good things that I have learnt and still continuing to, in my sports journey that will help you accomplish your dream.
